The mongolian beef is my favorite!

Here's what you need:

SUNBIRD SEASONING MIX

1 clove garlic minced

1/4 Soy sauce

2 tbsp water

1 lb. beef flank or sirloin, sliced thin

2 tbsp Oil

1 bunch of green onions, sliced

Jasmine rice, cooked

Prep:
COMBINE BEEF, GREEN ONIONS AND GARLIC IN A BOWL
IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX SEASONING MIX WITH SOY SAUCE AND WATER
Cooking:
Heat oil in a large skillet, add beef mixture and cook until browned.
Stir is sauce mixture and continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
