Here's my pink sauce recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 package cooked pasta
5 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup vodka
2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pint heavy cream
1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

In a large skillet, saute garlic in the butter. Add vodka and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in crushed tomatoes and  and cheese; stir until cheese melts. Stir in heavy cream and heat thoroughly. Let simmer for 10 minutes and serve over pasta
